NOTICE OF ELECTION MEETING

This is to advise you of the upcoming Special Election Meeting of SCPF Executive Committee. The details of the meeting are as follows:

• Date: 25 October 2021.
• Time: 19h00.
• Venue: Delectus Manor, Dr van der Merwe Street, Montana.

THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING IS TO ELECT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

• Public Relations Officer

Please refer to the SCPF Constitution, Annexure 8 (Roles, duties and functions of the Exco) for the relevant job description (Available on the SCPF Website).
Nomination forms are available on the SCPF website https://scpfexco.co.za.
If no nominations are received for any of the positions available on the Executive Committee, the elected management can then Co-Opt members for these positions. (as per the SCPF Constitution).

All original completed nomination and acceptance forms, must be completed and signed by the following:

• The Nominator (Nomination)
• The Nominee (Acceptance)
• The Chairperson or the Deputy Chairperson, or if they are not available, their nominated representative from the relevant Sub Forums.

NOMINATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NOT LATER THAN 22 October 2021 @ 17:00.
The Election Meeting is open to all registered members of the SCPF, residing in the SCPF area of jurisdiction, but according to the Constitution of SCPF only 10 members of each Sub Forum (as determined by each Sub Forum) will have voting rights.
